Popular Nigerian Comedian Julius is a year older

Today marks popular comedian and singer, Julius Agwu's birthday. Given birth to in April 7, 1973, Julius Agwu is known as a stand up comedian, musician and actor who was born to Chief Augustine Amadi Agwu and Mrs Mary Agwu.

He attended Government Secondary School in Borokiri, Port-Harcourt and Akpor Grammar School in Ozoba and there, he was chosen as the social prefect and President of the Dramatic, Debating and Cultural Society.

He However studied Theater Arts at the University of Port-Harcourt and specialized in acting and Later had a degree(BA) in directing at the same University of Port-Harcourt. He is said to be the best graduating student of the year in 1997.

He started a genre of music in known as musicomedy which has brought musicians like kenny blaq to limelight and it earned him different laurel nominations.

It was Known in every Corner of the country due to his funny style of delivering it therefore crowning himself as the master of mimicking! It has proven to be a different sound when contrasted to the real version of the popular song by Awilo Logomba.

The album actually received lots and lots of awards and dubbed Julius as an artiste to the core. As a icing to the strides of the first album, he dropped his second album by the name ‘My Style’ in the year 2003. The album also enjoyed extreme success and increased his fanbase both at Home and Abroad.

He now has taken comedy to various regions of the world like Atlanta, Maryland, London to mention but a few.
