A corps member serving in Sokoto, who goes by the name Christian Ochayi has died, He was said to have died after playing football with his other corp members, he late corps member was serving at the Government Secondary School, Tsamaye, Sabon-Birni Local Government in the state.

Today marks popular comedian and singer, Julius Agwu's birthday. Given birth to in April 7, 1973, Julius Agwu is known as a stand up comedian, musician and actor who was born to Chief Augustine Amadi Agwu and Mrs Mary Agwu. He attended Government Secondary School in Borokiri, Port-Harcourt and Akpor Grammar School in Ozoba and there, he was chosen as the social prefect and President of the Dramatic, Debating and Cultural Society.
